Shipping policy

We handle and ship your jewelry with care. All orders are carefully packed in protective packaging and dispatched as soon as possible after the order is completed.

Delivery times

• Sweden: 2–5 business days.

• EU: 3–8 business days, depending on the country
  During promotions and holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

We deliver within Sweden and to other EU countries.

Order confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is included with your shipping option, you will also receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.

Shipping and liability

All our shipments are sent with tracked and insured shipping. Should your package be lost or damaged during transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery delays

If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email. You always have the right to cancel your order in the event of a significant delay.

Uncollected packages

Shipments that are not collected will be charged a shipping and handling fee.
