Refund policy

We offer a 14-day right of return in accordance with consumer protection law. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must be able to provide the order confirmation or receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipment, optionally insured. Items returned without prior registration with us will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
We are happy to help you find the right size or style, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, contact us immediately and we will assist you.
