Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must be able to provide the order confirmation or receipt.

To initiate a return, the easiest way is to use our cancellation function directly on the website Right of Withdrawal, where you confirm your order details and receive a return confirmation from us. You can also contact us at contact@nordicbling.com.

Once your return is registered, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior registration with us will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipment, optionally insured.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
We are happy to help you find the right size or style, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have the right to claim a return or replacement under consumer protection laws. In such cases, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to the original payment method used, normally within 14 days. It may take a few additional days before the amount appears in your bank account or on your card statement.
